Banana Bread

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1 to 1 ½ cup walnuts
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 bananas
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 ⅓ cup flour (all purpose)
Wet Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup grapeseed oil
- ¼ to ⅓ cup maple syrup
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Farenheit.
- Smash walnuts in a bag until quarter of their original size.
- Combine wet ingredients in stand mixer. Begin by beating together the 2 eggs and finish with the bananas.
- Mix in dry ingredients (other than walnuts and raisins).
- Mix in raisins and walnuts at low speed.
- Grease the sides of a bread pan with baking oil of your choice (preferably grapeseed).
- Fill pan with dough. Top with walnut halves for decoration.
- Bake for an hour and 15 minutes. Remove when toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting clean slices.
